• Former students: Payment is made directly through the Parchment website.

• Expedited delivery: Additional FedEx fees apply.

Processing:

Orders are processed during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM) and are completed the same business day or within one (1) business day after the request is received.

You can also request your records directly from the Alton High School Guidance Office. Records can be:

• Picked up in person

• Mailed by first-class mail

• Sent electronically to a college or university

To release any student record, a completed Student Record Release Form must be completed and payment received before any record can be released.

  • $5.00 per transcript (cash or check)

  • $3.00 for immunization records (cash or check)

    • Another option for getting a copy of your immunization records is The Madison County Health Department — you can contact the Health Department and ask them to check whether your immunization records are available through the state's I-CARE immunization registry. Keep in mind that not all physicians enter immunization information into I-CARE, so these records may not be available for everyone.
